Your Security

The main problem people face when climbing Kilimanjaro is Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). If not treated AMS can lead to more serious condition like High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE) and High Altitude Cerebral Edema(CERE).

Safety is our primary responsibility and so we have well trained Guides who are certified by Wilderness First Aid Responder and Porters who have attended First Aid Courses.

On your climb with Majestic Kilimanjaro, we carry:
  • an oxygen tank on all our climbs,
  • First Aid Kit,
  • a Mobile Stretcher and,
  • our Guides are in contact with our base in event of any Emergency (24HRS)

Your Comfort

  • Staying healthy is always very important and every member in our team is cared for so that they can care for you.
  • Majestic Kilimanjaro Cooks are well trained & use proper hygiene practices. We provide all kitchens items required for the climb.
  • While on the mountain you will enjoy 3 HOT MEALS A DAY. At lunch you will stop for a hot meal at table and chairs with a private toilet tent.
  • Our tents are RAIN PROOF and the best for the mountain. We use 3-man tents for every two guests. We use a  variety of brands: North Face Series, Vango and Mountain Hard. They are regularly washed and maintained after each trip.
  • We provide a PRIVATE TOILET and 4 INCH  THICK WATERPROOF FOAM MATTRESS - when you are sleeping in a tent, do you really want to be feeling the hard ground below?
  • We provide a LARGE MESS TENT with table and chairs with backs for meals.
  • Our drinking water is treated and filtered for your safety.

At Your Convenience

We can run a private trek or safari for one or two people, or your own group of friends and family, at a time that is convenient to you.

Here is a comprehensive list of why you should choose Majestic Kilimanjaro for your climb.
